Baby Carlitos is currently in Juvenile Hall with an expected release in January. He will miss out on family holidays if this happens. We really don’t want him back because he’s an alcoholic and fights all his cousins at the Christmas party. But we’re his family and are asking for your help by signing this petition so that we can bring him home in time for holidays.
